Booking Terms
BOOKING
- Sessions are subject to availability so please mention your preferred date to book.
- £25 booking fee is taken upon booking your session, with the remainder (bank transfer) due on the day.
THE SHOOT
- Sessions last 1 hour and cover locations within Lancashire/ Manchester.
- Shoots are Monday – Thursday only (as I am away for weddings on the weekends) with limited availability during Summer.
- My style is predominantly relaxed, natural photography.
- Incase of bad weather, I will be happy to rearrange to a suitable date.
IMAGES/ PRINTS
- You will receive 50 edited high resolution images with your session uploaded to a private online gallery. Images will be available to download and order prints through the shop.
- Original (raw) images are not supplied and only the best images taken will be delivered in your gallery.
- Images are copyright of Emilie May Photography and may sometimes be used for portfolio/ marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to have your images published please mention this when booking.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you are unable to attend your session please give 24 hours notice. Your booking fee will be used to rearrange your session to a new available date. Valid for 6 months.
- You have a 14 day “cooling off” period should you wish to cancel your session where you will receive a refund of your booking fee. If you wish to cancel your session after this period your booking fee is non-refundable.
- No shows will be classed as cancellation.
- In the rare occasion Emilie is no longer able to make your session, either a full refund or new date will be offered. Recommendations for a replacement photographer can also be given.
