Vintage Cinema Wedding Stockport Plaza
Now here’s a wedding for all you old school romantics. Prepare to swoon over this gorgeous vintage cinema wedding!
Set inside a 1930s cinema, Jacqui and David wanted a day full of laughter, plenty of dancing and sweet vintage sounds. The couple fell in love with the colourful interior and bright lights of Stockport Plaza. It had everything they dreamed of to host their unique celebrations.
Even their guests dressed up for the occasion, arriving on the red carpet with personalised cinema tickets as invitations. The couple even had their own wedding posters framed at the entrance which was a great touch!
Stockport Wedding Photography
Bethany from Vintage Beauty Parlour was there to make sure Jacqui looked every inch of 50s glamour with a pin wave hair and classic Hollywood makeup. She looked incredible in her dress from Vintage Beau and glittered Rachel Simpson shoes.
Guests watched the organist play as Jacqui entered under a huge spotlight at the back of the cinema, with her daughter walking alongside her. It was such a special moment watching the couple get married in this amazing setting.
As the couple exited the cinema they danced down the aisle to the ‘Grease’ theme tune “We go together” as they were showered with confetti beaming with happiness.
Swing dance wedding routine
The upstairs tearoom was transformed into an evening of dancing where Jacqui and David slipped into a change of clothes and put on an amazing swing dance routine, wowing all their guests. What a way to end this incredible day at their Stockport Plaza wedding.
Wishing Jacqui and David many years of happiness. I loved every minute photographing your big day. You guys rock! 🙂
