Intimate Spring Warrington wedding
The sun shined for what seemed like the first time all year for Emma & Shaun’s wedding. They were joined by their closest friends and family for an intimate celebration at their local church, followed by a small reception at a nearby Italian restaurant. I spent the morning with Emma and the girls making bacon sandwiches and tea before the real preparations began. I photographed some of Emma’s details including a custom made vintage lace dress, jewellery and red Christian Dior shoes. Emma wore the most elegant jewel headpiece that finished her look perfectly. The bridesmaids looked equally beautiful in their matching dresses.
Perfect spring Cheshire wedding
We met Shaun with his best man and the rest of the guests at St Elphin’s Church in Warrington for their intimate ceremony. Emma looked stunning walking down the aisle. After their ceremony, we took a walk around the church grounds for some relaxed photos before heading to their afternoon reception at Ask Italian Restaurant. Emma & Shaun wanted to keep their reception simple with tables beautifully styled with jars of wild flowers, a floral themed wedding cake and handmade gingerbread favours.
An intimate Warrington wedding reception
Their day ended with some emotional speeches and even a first dance in the middle of the room, whilst everyone clapped and cheered the happy couple. What a perfect day it was spent with these two. Proof that even the simplest of weddings can be just as awesome! It was also great working alongside Charlene of Love Gets Sweeter, who made some wonderful video highlights of their day.
